Aligning on the energy side of the fence we were fortunate enough to work with the team at Liberty Utilities to develop a strategy that would elevate user experience on their website. The site operated much like a global website where each region was able to manage local content that applied to the customers in each respective state. Liberty Utilities offered a varied mix of services including natural gas, electricity, water and wastewater across 10 states and serviced over 600,000 customers at that time. We used a proprietary custom content management system to easily navigate the site from a user perspective and administer the content with speed and ease. The financial tally of this project was well over one million dollars and though not recommended for timing, our integrated team completed and launched it within a record eight months after officially starting the project and with great success. The website launched in April 2016.
