Launching a brand new website for a Utility is a very big deal. For Liberty Utilities it meant effecting over 600,000 Natural Gas, Electric, Water and Wastewater customers. Creating a valuable user experience that was secure and easy to use was paramount and the purpose of this video was to help get customers excited about the changes and give them a bit of a tutorial on what great new features they could expect to find once they entered the new website. The video was launched along with the new website in April 2016 to the delight of their customers all across the USA.
